If you are a new parent of a baby (up to 12 months), and have struggled with your mental health during this time, please join us for a programme running from October 2021 – February 2022 designed to support you and your baby. There is lots of research to prove that music boosts wellbeing, and exposing babies to live instruments is a fantastic sensory experience for them too.

To complement our monthly in-person sessions and to provide support when you need it, you will have access to a fantastic online series that you can watch at home. From bouncy time to sleepy time, this will help you to bond with your baby and boost mood. Time Together is led by BSO Associate Sam Mason who is a specialist with early years, who will be supported by 2 fantastic BSO musicians. The dates of the in-person sessions are below and are all taking place at St Nicholas Church, 30 Wareham Rd, Corfe Mullen, Wimborne BH21 3LE:

Tuesday 19th October 10-10:45am (with soft wind down until 11/11:30 for feeding etc.)

Tuesday 16th November 10-10:45am (with soft wind down until 11/11:30 for feeding etc.)

Tuesday 7th December 10-10:45am (with soft wind down until 11/11:30 for feeding etc.)

Tuesday 8th February 10-10:45am (with soft wind down until 11/11:30 for feeding etc.)
