If you have not recieved a phone call or email from us, your ticket purchases have been refunded automatically to the original purchase method. Please note that we can only process refunds for tickets purchased directly with the BSO. Tickets purchased directly with a venue are being processed by their teams and should have been processed. Any queries must be directed to those box offices as the BSO is unable to provide information.
