Join the BSO for a stirring concert featuring music from the Upper West Side to deepest Somerset with BSO Principle brass and wind players. A programme journeying to New York with Bernstein, Amelie’s Paris with Yann Tiersen, and rural England with Vaughan Williams and The Wellerman.

Join us for this relaxed and friendly concert specifically adapted for concertgoers with autistic spectrum conditions, those with sensory, communication or learning difficulties, families with young children and anyone else who would benefit from a less formal environment.

The concert is approximately an hour in length and will be introduced by a BSO presenter. There is a relaxed attitude to noise so feel free to move about, sing or dance during the performance. Audience members are free to leave and re-enter the auditorium at any point, and there is plenty of room to spread out, so bring cushions or a bean bag to make yourself comfortable. There will be a Chill Out area with space for anyone needing a bit of quiet time before or during the performance.
