This concert is about celebrating differences in everyone’s adventures. It will feature pieces like Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Medley which is a heroic adventure about saving your friends and Danse Macabre is about dancing with skeletons at midnight, a really spooky adventure.
It will feature talented young musicians aged 11–25 performing an exciting mix of classical favourites and modern pieces. To learn more about the Bournemouth NOYO ensemble, click here. We believe disability shouldn’t stop you from enjoying live music, taking part, or being part of an ensemble.
The concert atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and pressure-free and after the performance, you can speak with us and learn about joining our ensemble if you want to. It’s all about music, creativity, friendship, and community in a supportive environment. We believe live music should be for everyone. Whether you’re a regular concert-goer or trying something new, you should come to our concert to simply relax and enjoy the experience in your own way.

This relaxed performance is designed for everyone and is welcome to neurodivergent and disabled audiences, families, and anyone who benefits from a more informal and flexible environment. You are welcome to make noise, and audience members may move in and out of the space during the performance as needed. A quiet room will be available throughout the event, with clear signage on the day to help you locate it. There is a lift available in the building from the entrance and provide access to all floors. Accessible toilets are located on both floors.
Gabi, flute, says I think people should come to our concert because they will have a great time and enjoy listening to us play together. We hope to see you there!

Playing music makes me feel like I am good at something and can do something not everyone else can do. It gives me a feeling of belonging.
