Discounted tickets are available for school groups on our selected main season concerts including performances featuring GCSE or A Level repertoire, as well as particularly engaging programmes chosen for young audiences. These concerts bring set works and wider repertoire to life for music students, while offering others an inspiring first experience of orchestral music. BSO concerts are an accessible way to enrich classroom learning, broaden cultural experiences and inspire creativity.

School discounts & booking!

School groups receive student tickets for just £1 each*, including one complimentary teacher ticket. Additional adults receive 50% off full-price tickets. For more information about each concert, the concert titles have been hyperlinked to their individual concert pages.  To book your tickets, please call our box office team on 01202 669925 where they can apply the discount.

Can’t make it to the concert hall?

Many of our concerts are also available via digital livestream, so your class can experience the BSO from the comfort of the classroom – live or on demand for up to 30 days after the premiere. Digital concerts can be booked on our website for £11. The five concerts below at Lighthouse, Poole will all be broadcast.
