As a BSO Music Leader you will be supported by the BSO Participate team, to lead the delivery of sessions, whilst working closely with the team to drive the creative development of BRO.

You will need to foster and maintain excellent working relationships with our partners BDP, who refer participants and take a pastoral support role through each session and beyond. Along with BDP staff, you will also work with volunteers, some of whom have lived-experience.

The start date for this role will be Monday 14th October 2024.

Interviews will be held during the week commencing Monday 16th or 23rd of September 2024 in Bristol.

About Bristol Recovery Orchestra (BRO)

Now in its 6th year, BRO is a collaboration with Bristol Drugs Project, a charity that has been reducing harm and promoting positive change in and around the city for over 30 years. The group provides a safe and supportive space for people living with, or in recovery from, the challenges of addiction, encouraging connection and growth through music making.
