Join the BSO Participate team at a very exciting time in a role full of opportunity to make your mark in a pioneering programme.This role will lead on BSO Participate’s Community and Health & Wellbeing programmes, working alongside the Head of BSO Participate on the strategic direction of programmes, and taking full responsibility for the management and delivery of a pioneering and diverse programme with the Programme Coordinator.
You will be working with the Head Office team; BSO Associate musicians, freelance musicians and partners from across the South West; and with participants including families, people experiencing mental health issues, older people and people living with dementia. BSO Participate, along with the whole company, has also developed a significant digital programme over the last year, and you will work with the company to continue to develop a programme of both digital and in-person activity.
