Salary: £14,500 - £17,500 Hours: FTE 2 year fixed term with all types of flexible working considered
Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join a busy team at an exciting time in the support of an innovative programme of education, community and health wellbeing musical activity across the South and South West.You will work directly with all of the BSO Participate team with specific support from the Programme Manager. You will be leading on administrative duties to ensure the efficient planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of projects with a wealth of partners and a diverse range of participants in a busy creative programme.
You should be highly motivated and have excellent organisational, IT, and team working skills, and a proven ability to prioritise a busy workload. Experience of working with arts organisations and/or artists would be beneficial although not essential
