Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 Hours: Full time, with part time considered, Minimum 3 days/week in Head Office
Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join a busy team at an exciting time in the support of an innovative programme of education, community and health wellbeing musical activity across the South and South West.The BSO Participate Programme Administrator is a crucial support to the BSO Participate team in the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of a busy and innovative programme. You will be leading on administrative duties for the team and for the programme to ensure the efficient delivery and development of inclusive programmes working with people of all ages and cross sector partners in education, healthcare, and the community.
You should be highly motivated and have excellent organisational, IT, and team working skills, and a proven ability to prioritise a busy workload. Experience of working with arts organisations and/or artists would be beneficial although not essential.
