These are full-time, contract positions, for which front desk and section leading experience is required for No. 2 and desirable for No. 3.

Based in Poole, Dorset, BSO perform extensively across the south and south-west of England, nationally and internationally, and also deliver an extensive range of education and community work, through its award-winning Participate department.

Single round, unaccompanied auditions will be held in spring 2025, at The Lighthouse, Poole’s Centre for the Arts.
Requirements:
- 1st movement of a Mozart Violin Concerto (no.3, 4 or 5) (without cadenza)
- 1st movement of a major concerto, Beethoven or later (without cadenza)
- Excerpts – these will be sent to those applicants who are invited to audition
