The BSO has an extensive programme of work to support the next generation of musicians: from interactive workshops in classrooms in rural Cornwall, to masterclasses and coaching sessions for talented young musicians, and a series of ‘Explore the Orchestra’ Schools’ Concerts that ignite a creative spark in over 30,000 children every year. All of this, and plenty more besides, relies on philanthropic support.
