Somerset Wellbeing Orchestra is a programme that invites participants to come and create music in a welcoming environment.
The group explores instruments, learns musical skills and works together to form a creative musical ensemble that reflects the group and its members.
This wellbeing orchestra is participant focussed and led, developing the participants’ musical skills and melodic ideas, enabling the process of creative music making.
This pilot programme successfully ran from January until March 2024.
