Spanning centuries of string music, the ensemble’s work is suited to both Primary and Secondary education projects that help to build communication, team working, literacy and problem-solving skills. Specialist composition and improvisation workshops also offer students creative opportunities to develop their musicality and get involved in live music-making.

Resonate Strings also give public concerts in rural areas enabling the BSO to get into communities that the whole orchestra cannot reach.
