  2. I think the new on-line booking arrangements for the Exeter concerts via the Phoenix leave a lot to be desired. There is no map of the seating arrangement showing where the various price blocks are and no indication of seat rows or numbers. You just have to take the seats you are given. Fortunately I do have a block diagram which came with the BSO season program so at least I know what the prices refer to, but not necessarily where my seat is. Every time I book I menttion this to the Phoenix and they say they are looking into it. We used to be able to see every seat on-line and chose which ones we wanted.   2. Can I add my name to this protest. Without a setaing plan one has to call the Phoenix, which costs me and them extra. They tell me many people have complained. What is the reason for not publishing a seating plan. The Phoenix tell me that this does not alter. Thanks Dr. Ken J. Mills
